We started Providence to give stuck homeowners a fair, honest way forward.
Why we do this
Most of the homeowners we meet want to sell but can't. They owe too much, they've fallen behind, or life changed faster than the market could keep up. A traditional sale doesn't work for them, and too often the only other path is foreclosure.
Creative financing, like buying a house subject to its existing loan, can give those homeowners a real alternative: move forward, often with cash in hand, instead of losing the house.
Providence Home Partners is a trade name of Providence LLC, a family-run real estate investment company. We're based in Texas and buy single-family homes nationwide. Over time we'll also invest in multi-family properties, manufactured-home communities and RV parks.
