Providence Home Partners (Providence LLC) sells homes it owns. We are not a bank, mortgage lender or broker. Where a home is sold with owner financing, the loan is arranged through a licensed residential mortgage loan originator where the law requires one, and every buyer must show they can afford the payment. Programs, terms and availability vary by home and by state, and no approval is promised. Rent-to-own (lease with an option to buy) is offered only where it fits state law.
