Program description: one-to-one text messages from Providence Home Partners (Providence LLC) to homeowners about their own property inquiry: follow-ups, call-back and appointment reminders, offer updates, links to offer documents, and closing coordination. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.
How you opt in: (1) by checking the optional text-message consent box on our website form at providencehomepartners.com/get-an-offer; (2) by telling us during a phone call that you would like us to text you, in which case we record your consent (the date, time, phone number and what you agreed to) on your record before sending any text; or (3) by texting our number, (469) 649-8263, first. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
What we say when you agree by phone: "Would you like me to text you updates about your property from Providence Home Partners? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Saying yes isn't required to sell." We text only if you say yes, and we note your consent on your record first.
